01
What roles can you source for us?
- We offer outsourcing in tasks that are time-consuming, or require specialized expertise, such as:
- IT Services and Software Development
- Website Development
- Digital Marketing
- Product Design
- Sales
- Customer Support
Outsourcing these functions helps reduce costs, access niche expertise, and increase overall efficiency.
02
Do you work white-label?
We do! If you’re an agency or consultancy that wants to offer more without hiring for it, we can work quietly in the background as an extension of your team. Our team integrates seamlessly under your brand, handling the work, meeting your deadlines, and staying invisible to your end client. Your client relationship stays yours, we handle the delivery.
03
What's the difference between staff outsourcing and a freelancer?
A freelancer is one person, juggling multiple clients, with no one managing quality or continuity if they move on. Staff outsourcing gives you a dedicated professional person or team, who works exclusively on your business, backed by AnchorzUp for recruitment, HR, equipment, management, replacement if something changes, etc. You get the reliability of an in-house hire, without the overhead of actually building one. For a deeper comparison and examples of when to choose outsourcing versus hiring freelancers, you can read our full article: Outsourcing vs. Freelancers- Choosing the Right Solution for Your Business.
04
What does the onboarding process look like?
- Once we understand what you need, we source and vet candidates from our talent pool, typically within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on how specialized the role is. You review and approve who joins your team, and from there, it’s your call how hands-on you want to be: manage them directly, or let us assign a dedicated point of contact to handle day-to-day coordination. Either way, we take care of equipment, tools, and HR, so your new team member is ready to work from day one.
05
What technologies and stacks do your developers work with?
Our developers work across modern, production-grade stacks; we’re not locked into one framework, so we can match what your product already runs on. On the frontend, that spans React and Next.js, Vue and Nuxt, and TypeScript throughout, styled with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Material UI. On the backend, we work with .NET, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, Realtime), Angular, and legacy platforms like Alpha Anywhere for systems already built there. Whether you need us to extend an existing codebase or help you choose the right stack from scratch, our team plugs in either way.
06
How do you handle data privacy and GDPR compliance?
Your data security is our top priority. We are certified with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and we make sure to offer the highest standards of quality and information security management. These certifications demonstrate our commitment to protecting your data through strict policies, secure systems and ongoing compliance checks.
01
Can I interview, or speak with the candidates before hiring?
Yes. Before anyone joins your dedicated team, you can review their profile and have the chance to interview them directly; you don’t move forward until you’re confident it’s the right fit. If you prefer to stay hands-off we can also run the entire hiring process for you, from sourcing to final decision, and simply hand over a fully vetted match.
02
What is the minimum contract commitment?
Our contracts are built around flexibility rather than long lock-ins, so you have enough runway to properly integrate your dedicated team members without being tied down indefinitely.
03
Do you do performance management for the professionals I outsource?
Yes. We handle performance management alongside recruitment and HR, so you’re not left tracking that on top of everything else, while you still set the direction and priorities for the work itself. We can also assign a dedicated point of contact on our side to check in regularly and keep things on track.
04
Will my outsourced professionals be working for multiple clients at the same time?
It depends on how you choose to hire. Take someone on full time and they work only on your business, with nothing split across other clients. Commit to a share of their time instead and that share stays reserved for you, while the rest of their week goes elsewhere. You decide the arrangement, and we hold to it.
05
Do you have an in-house team that I can utilize or do you hire based on need?
We have an existing bench of vetted specialists across development, design, and marketing who can start quickly, and for more specialized or high-demand roles, we run a tailored search to find the right match for you.
06
Can I offer incentives to my outsourced professionals?
Yes, many clients do, and it’s a great way to build a stronger connection with the person supporting your business!
07
What if one of my professionals is not performing, or I no longer need them?
If it’s not working out, or your needs change, we handle the transition; whether that’s replacing the person or adjusting your team size.
08
Is my data safe with your company?
Yes. We’re independently certified under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, so data handling and confidentiality aren’t left to chance, they’re built into how we operate.
09
What to look for when outsourcing to Kosovo?
Kosovo has one of the youngest populations in Europe, and much of that generation has built its career around software, design and digital work. The talent pool runs deep across engineering, product design and digital marketing, with universities and a fast growing tech sector adding to it every year. English is spoken to a professional standard and working habits line up closely with Western Europe and the US, so collaboration tends to be easier than people expect. The working day also overlaps with both Europe and the US, which keeps handovers and live calls simple.
10
How to manage outsourced staff effectively?
Treat them like an extension of your own team, not an external vendor. Set clear expectations early, keep them looped into the same context your in-house team has, and check in regularly rather than only at milestones – the more integrated they feel, the better the output.
11
What kind of work is often outsourced with AnchorzUp?
Most often, businesses bring us software development, product design, digital marketing, and business support roles, functions that take real specialized skill but don’t need to sit in-house full time to be done well.
12
What industries do you specialize in?
We’ve built dedicated teams across edtech, SaaS, renewable energy, medical equipment providers, and more, matching each project with the right talent across development, design, ops, and growth. If your industry isn’t one we’ve worked in yet, that matters less than whether we can find you the right person, which is where our vetting process comes in.
13
Can you integrate with existing systems?
Yes. Our developers work across a range of stacks, from React and Next.js to Vue and Nuxt, .NET, and more, so we plug into whatever your product already runs on, rather than asking you to rebuild around us.
14
What is staffing vs. recruitment?
Recruitment is a one-time service: a provider finds and places a candidate, then steps back, the employment relationship becomes entirely yours to manage. Staffing (what we do) means we stay involved after the hire: management, HR, payroll, IT, equipment, and replacement, so you get the person’s work without taking on the administrative weight of employing them.
15
What is a different term for outsourcing?
You’ll also hear it called staff augmentation, remote team building, or closer to how we work: a dedicated team model, where the professional works exclusively on your business rather than being shared across projects.
01
What types of software do you develop?
We build custom software across web, mobile, and full-stack platforms, from early-stage product builds to major redesigns of existing systems. Whether you need a customer-facing app, an internal tool, or a full platform rebuild, our team handles it from product design through to launch.
02
Do you provide maintenance?
Yes. Launching isn’t the finish line, we stay on to handle updates, fixes, and ongoing improvements, so your product keeps running smoothly and evolving as your business does.
03
What's the difference between custom software development as a service and outsourcing an engineering team?
With software development as a service, you bring us a project, we scope it, build it, and deliver it, with AnchorzUp owning execution end to end. With a dedicated engineering team, you get ongoing capacity: developers who work exclusively on your roadmap, integrated into your workflow, for as long as you need them. One is project-based; the other is a long-term extension of your team.
04
How do you ensure code quality and performance?
Every change goes through code review before it is merged, and testing sits inside the sprint rather than at the end of the project, so problems surface while they are still easy to fix. Performance is checked as the product grows, not once it is already slow. Our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications mean the process behind that work is documented and audited rather than left to individual habits.
05
Do you follow Agile or other development methodologies?
We work in sprints, with a defined scope for each one, regular demos and a backlog you can see at any time. In practice we fit into how you already work, so if your team runs its own board and ceremonies, our developers join those rather than running a separate process alongside them. Either way you see working software every sprint instead of waiting for one delivery at the end.
06
Can you work with our existing team and codebase?
Yes, and much of our work starts that way. Our developers join your repositories, boards and standups and work alongside your in-house team, or take ownership of one part of the system while your team focuses elsewhere. We begin with a review of the current codebase so we understand what we are inheriting before changing anything.
07
How do you handle security and data protection?
We are certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, so access control, device management and data handling follow a documented standard. For clients in the EU and Switzerland we work within GDPR requirements, and where you have your own security policies and tooling, we work inside those.
08
How do you scope and price a project?
We start with a scoping conversation to understand what you are building and what done looks like, then come back with a written estimate covering scope, timeline and cost. If the scope changes during the build, we re-estimate the affected part and agree it with you before carrying on.
09
How do we work together day to day?
You can get a project manager as your main point of contact, with direct access to the people building the product. We agree on the channel and reporting cadence at kickoff, and our working day overlaps with both European and US hours, so questions are usually answered the same day.
10
What if we want to bring the work in-house later?
We plan for that from the start. Everything lives in your repositories and accounts throughout, documentation is written as we go, and we run a handover period so your team takes over a system they already understand.
