From service-based collaboration to dedicated team model

Many partnerships between an outsourcing company and a client start with a project with specific deliverables: web design, launch, campaign management. What happens after those projects succeed is where the story really begins. For AnchorzUp and Learniverse, a Swiss, AI driven education platform, two years of project based collaboration have grown into a fully dedicated team model, with several of AnchorzUp’s specialists working exclusively on Learniverse’s product.

How it started: Product design, Social Media and Ads

Learniverse envisions learning as personal and adaptive. The platform uses AI to analyze learners’ career goals, skills, and preferences, delivering personalized learning plans, AI-powered job interview practice and workplace simulations.

To see that vision come to life, Learniverse first started collaborating with AnchorzUp on product design, along with social media management, ads, and SEO. AnchorzUp team worked together with Learniverse to shape the platform’s brand identity and core features, including the course creation experience for trainers, monetization tools, and the UI/UX for the AI-driven personalized learning paths, while also running the social media presence and advertising campaigns that supported the platform’s growth.

This service-based collaboration ran for roughly two years, with AnchorzUp operating as an external team, delivering work from design, to marketing and ads.

Learniverse's CEO, Marco Real visits AnchorzUp offices in Prishtina.

Bringing the partnership to Prishtina

In January 2026, Learniverse’s CEO, Marco Real travelled to Prishtina to spend two days working with the AnchorzUp team in person. The visit was dedicated to product vision, direction, and shaping what comes next for Learniverse, while ensuring both teams stay perfectly aligned on the project’s path.

Reflecting on the visit, Marco shared: “Spending time with AnchorzUp felt great from the very first moment – super well organized, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming. Having everyone on site made strategy work sharper, conversations richer, and filming a lot of fun. Productive, high-quality, and enjoyable throughout.”

These moments reflect how the collaboration works in practice: Learniverse wasn’t treated as a typical client relationship, but as a long term partnership where strategy, product thinking, design, and execution are closely intertwined, in person as much as day to day.

The visit only confirmed what Marco had already been feeling: that the level of care, ownership, and quality AnchorzUp brought to the table made this a partnership worth deepening. Shortly after, Learniverse made it official, moving from a scoped, service-based engagement to a fully dedicated team, confident it was the right next step for where Learniverse was headed.

The Shift: From Scoped Services to a Dedicated Team

After seeing consistent results throughout the two years working together, Learniverse made the decision to bring on a dedicated team – specialists recruited and managed by AnchorzUp, to work exclusively on Learniverse, integrated in the company’s workflows, and support the platform more than design and marketing alone.

AnchorzUp recruited a team of six dedicated specialists for Learniverse, including:

  • A Product Delivery Manager
  • A Marketing Manager
  • An Outreach Specialist
  • A UI/UX Designer
  • A Front-End Developer
  • A 3D & Motion Designer.

This dedicated team joined the existing AnchorzUp contributors already supporting Learniverse, including a Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, SEO Specialist, and others, creating a fully integrated, cross-functional setup that gives Learniverse exclusive capacity across product, design, marketing, and outreach, without the overhead of building that capacity in-house.

What the dedicated team has delivered

Since transitioning to this model, the dedicated Learniverse team has taken some of the platform’s most significant product initiatives, including:

  • A completely redesigned onboarding process for B2C users, making it easier for learners to get started on the platform
  • A refreshed user interface across the entire platform, modernizing the look for both trainers and learners
  • A brand new, responsive homepage, built to represent Learniverse’s evolving brand and mission
  • The complete B2B experience, including a full dashboard built for companies.

The team has also driven a broader shift in Learniverse’s go-to-market approach, sharpening paid campaigns to focus on high-intent audiences, strengthening organic visibility through technical SEO improvements, and introducing email as a brand new marketing channel, driving stronger, more consistent lead generation overall. Within months, Learniverse moved from zero email communication to a structured, phased newsletter strategy and a LinkedIn Newsletter that gained hundreds of subscribers from a single edition.

The team also led the integration of a dedicated CRM infrastructure, establishing HubSpot as Learniverse’s single source of truth across marketing, outreach, and email communications, connecting ad performance, contact data, and reporting into one unified system for the first time. That unified view now powers data-driven decisions across the funnel, from how individual feature journeys are optimized to which campaigns and initiatives get prioritized next.

The team continues to build on this momentum, now managing a broader mix of landing pages, blog content, social channels, and ad campaigns than at any point in the partnership, while also expanding Learniverse’s presence at industry events. That presence has already resonated: students at Oberstufe Wädenswil got hands-on with the Job Interview Preparation feature, HR leaders and innovators connected with the team at the HR Forum in Interlaken and a recent AI Hackathon, and students at Informatiktage put the platform to work on real-life interview scenarios. Learniverse will build on that response as an exhibitor at LearningDays 2026 in October.

Why go with a dedicated team

For a platform like Learniverse, growing across both B2C and B2B audiences, the shift from project based services to a dedicated team model reflects a natural next step:

  • A team that works exclusively on Learniverse, rather than juggling deliverables across scopes
  • Product management, marketing, outreach, UI/UX, and front-end development, all under one embedded team
  • Room to take on bigger initiatives, like a full platform redesign and a brand new B2B dashboard, the kind of work that a long term dedicated team is built to deliver.

Beyond the Project

The Learniverse story reflects something AnchorzUp sees across its client base; the businesses that get the most value from outsourcing aren’t the ones treating it as a series of one-off tasks. They’re the ones that, over time, let a trusted external team become an extension of their own, invested in the outcome to move from delivering services to being integrated in the product or service itself.

For Learniverse, that shift turned two years of strong project-based work into a full dedicated team, one that continues to shape both the B2C and B2B sides of the platform today.
