On October 1, 2025, AnchorzUp officially opened the doors to its new home, but the night was about far more than a space.
It was a moment to honor the journey, the people, and the pioneering spirit that helped shape not just our company, but Kosovo’s growing reputation as a rising force in the global ICT sector.
Surrounded by teammates, longtime collaborators, partners, and supporters from across the business and tech communities, we marked a major milestone in the life of our company; one that reflects how far we’ve come, and how much we’re still building toward.

More Than a Guest List, A Community
The energy in the room was unmistakable.
As guests stepped into our new offices, they were welcomed personally by Jeta and Lum, the two founders who started it all, and invited on a guided tour through the space we now call home. From collaborative corners to focus rooms, each part of the office reflected the vision and growth of the last three years.
After the tour, the evening flowed into celebration: music from a live DJ, the clink of glasses, and a hum of connection that carried through the night.
With drinks in hand, plates shared, and conversations that moved effortlessly between work and life, it felt like what it was: a night of real camaraderie. A team. A community. A growing movement in tech, rooted in purpose and possibility.

Leading the Way – Jeta Zagragja, AnchorzUp CEO
The first speech of the night came from the person who’s been at the heart of AnchorzUp from day one, our CEO, Jeta Zagragja.
She opened with a reflection on how it all began: right after she and Lum sold their first company, with a clear idea in mind, to build something that bridged international opportunities with local talent. AnchorzUp was born from that exact belief: that Kosovo has the people, skills, and potential to contribute to global innovation; and that what we needed was a platform to prove it.
What started as a bold idea backed by grit, clarity, and commitment has now grown into a company that has surpassed its original goals in just three years.
“We didn’t get here by chance,” Jeta told the room. “We got here by working hard, delivering quality, adapting to every new request, learning from our mistakes, and staying aligned with our clients.”
And in all of it — the successes, the growing pains, the scaling — one thing stayed constant: a human-first approach. Jeta spoke about building a culture where people feel valued, empowered to learn, and free to contribute meaningfully to global projects.
But she also paused to acknowledge something bigger: the community.
“The courage to start this business came from the ecosystem we belong to. Every entrepreneur here knows how hard it is to build something, especially in Kosovo. But thanks to the trailblazers who came before us, the path got a little easier. I never saw other businesses as competition. I saw them as valuable partners. Every one of their wins builds the image of Kosovo as a tech hub, and every success lifts all of us.”
Today, AnchorzUp employs 30 full-time team members across software development, design, operations, and marketing; and works with an extended network of 20+ contracted professionals who support project delivery as needed. We’ve had the privilege of serving 35+ clients across the U.S., Switzerland, Australia, and Canada, in sectors ranging from fintech and edtech to renewable energy and creative services.
We’ve also achieved ISO certification, validating the quality, security, and professionalism of the services we deliver.
Jeta ended her speech with a message for the people who made all this possible: the team.
“You are AnchorzUp. You are the essence of this company. You’ve made it what it is today. You’re the reason we tripled our client base. You’re the reason we deliver solutions that match companies with 200 years of experience. You’re our ambassadors, and you’re why Kosovo’s youth wants to be part of what we’re building.”
She called the new office space not just a workplace, but a testament to everything we’ve built together.
“This is not just a business. It’s a patriotic act to put Kosovo on the global map. Let’s celebrate how far we’ve come, and more importantly, where we’re going.”

From Vision to Policy – Artane Rizvanolli, Minister of Economy
Taking the stage after Jeta, Artane Rizvanolli, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Kosovo, brought a powerful national perspective to the celebration.
She described AnchorzUp not only as a business success story but as a textbook example of what Kosovo’s potential truly looks like when talent, experience, and vision come together with purpose.
“This company is the best manifestation of what we talk about as politicians, economists, and Kosovars, when we speak about our country’s potential.”
The Minister highlighted how AnchorzUp embodies a powerful formula: leveraging talent at home while channeling the experience and capital gained abroad back into Kosovo’s economy. It’s a model of what sustainable innovation looks like, rooted in local impact and global reach.
She also took a moment to recognize a significant thread in that success, the woman leading it.
“It’s a special pleasure to see Jeta joined by other successful women in business, from ICT to BPO, law, and fashion, all making an impact at a global scale,” she said.
Minister Rizvanolli emphasized that while the team may see their work as simply doing their jobs, they are breaking barriers and serving as role models, not just for women, but for the next generation of entrepreneurs.
She closed her remarks with a wish; that this beautiful new office would one day feel too small, a sign of the growth still to come. And instead of a traditional toast, she lifted her glass with a smile:
“What better word than ‘AnchorzUp’ itself, in its original meaning: anchors up.”

Partnerships That Cross Borders – His Excellency Mr. Christoph Fuchs, Swiss Embassy
Next, we had the honor of hearing from His Excellency Mr. Christoph Fuchs, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Switzerland in Kosovo, a key voice in the long-standing relationship between our two countries.
He began by emphasizing that this milestone wasn’t just about new offices, it was about building new bridges. Bridges between Swiss companies and Kosovo’s digital talent. Between the needs of one market and the capabilities of another. And more than anything, between people.
“The step you are taking today is not just about new premises,” he said. “It’s also about enabling yourself to build further bridges between Switzerland and Kosovo.”
Christoph highlighted how the Kosovo diaspora in Switzerland has long served as a connector, bringing entrepreneurship, innovation, and energy into both economies. These ties, he reminded us, go far beyond trade in goods. They now increasingly show up in services, especially in ICT.
In fact, Kosovo’s ICT exports exceeded €55 million last year, and with the signing of the new EFTA-Kosovo free trade agreement earlier this year in Davos, the momentum is only growing.
“Kosovo’s young talent and strong innovation capacity meet Switzerland’s need for high-quality digital solutions,” he noted. “The result is win-win.”
And in his words, AnchorzUp is a living, breathing example of that synergy.
“Swiss clients are particularly drawn to AnchorzUp because of three qualities: professionalism, cultural compatibility, and reliability. Its projects seem to meet the Swiss emphasis on precision and quality.”
From FinTech to MedTech, from IT firms to law practices, Swiss companies are finding in AnchorzUp a team that gets the job done and does it with excellence.

From Clients to Champions – Pren Pervorfi, Oepfelbaum IT Management
Closing the speaker lineup for the evening was Mr. Pren Pervorfi, CEO of Oepfelbaum IT Management; a client, a partner, and a longtime supporter of AnchorzUp.
He began with a light-hearted nod to the audience, joking that he’d speak in English rather than “unpacking his Gjakova language”, setting the tone for a speech that was equal parts personal and powerful.
Looking around the new AnchorzUp offices, Pren remarked that the space could easily belong in Zurich, “the second-best city in the world, after Prishtina, of course”, or even in Silicon Valley. But beyond the aesthetics, he emphasized that this office is a reflection of something much deeper: progress, partnership, and entrepreneurial spirit.
“Today, we are not just here to celebrate the opening of an office,” he said. “We’re here to celebrate genuine partnership and the mindset that makes it possible.”
In a time when digital communication often replaces human connection, and global instability can strain relationships, Pren found it refreshing, even profound, to be in a room full of real people, real partnerships, and real optimism.
He then shared a story that brought AnchorzUp’s values to life.
Four years ago, he reached out to Jeta for advice about opening a business in Prishtina. Instead of treating him like a potential competitor, she welcomed him into her network. That experience, Pren said, perfectly captured what AnchorzUp stands for: collaboration over competition, and a belief that one company’s success can strengthen an entire ecosystem.
“This mindset is rare, but also inspiring,” he said. “She didn’t see competition as a threat, but as motivation; to stay sharp, remain innovative, and contribute to something greater: the economic development of Kosovo.”
Pren ended with warm congratulations and a wish for continued success, encouraging the team to keep building with drive, client obsession, and that unshakable optimism that defines AnchorzUp’s spirit.
“It’s truly unique, and above all, contagious.”

The Soundtrack of a Milestone
As the speeches gave way to music, laughter, and clinking glasses, the office transformed into what it was always meant to be: a place where ambition meets people. Where work meets joy. Where good ideas become great because of the team that brings them to life.
From the lounge corners to the kitchen bar, conversations kept flowing. Stories were shared. Ideas were sparked. And many paused to take it all in: this space, this team, this moment.
What’s Next
This night was a celebration of what we’ve built, but also a reminder of everything still to come.
We’re proud of these new walls, but prouder still of what happens inside them:
The building of solutions. The growth of teams. The trust of clients. The belief that Kosovo is, and will continue to be, a global player in tech, because of the people who make it so. Here’s to the next chapter.
We’re just getting started.
