AnchorzUp was part of the Digital Skills Festival 2023, where our Founder and CMO, Lumbardh Zagragja, shared his insights on several topics related to success in the digital world. He talked about the impact of women in driving company success—highlighting that women make up 64% of our team at AnchorzUp. He spoke about the resilience necessary for entrepreneurship, reflected on his experiences at UCX, and recounted the journey of starting AnchorzUp. The Digital Skills Festival 2023, organized by ITP Prizren Digital Transformation Center and co-funded by the European Union and the German Government, was a dynamic gathering of over 500 participants, including students, professors, and tech industry experts. The festival featured a range of activities from panel discussions and hands-on workshops in 3D printing and cybersecurity to entrepreneurial meetups and a cybersecurity hackathon. These sessions not only showcased the latest in digital advancements but also emphasized the essential role of digital skills in today’s technology-driven world.
