AnchorzUp is seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex digital products. With a deep understanding of user-centered design and design thinking, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our client’s platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with Developers throughout the design process from concept to release.
- Conduct regular design audits to identify and address pain points, ensuring continuous improvement of the product experience.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes for user research and gather feedback to refine and iterate on design solutions.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to break down design requirements from the client.
- Maintain visual and brand consistency across all product interfaces by adhering to style guides and established design standards.
- Lead and participate in design thinking sessions to solve design problems with creativity and precision.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and standards in the UX design field.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing for web/mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile UI, and prototyping.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and the client.
