AnchorzUp is looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our growing team! 

We’re searching for a problem-solver with a keen eye for identifying design challenges, creating user-centered experiences, and a strong understanding of design thinking principles. If you’re a creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys translating user needs into functional digital products, this could be the right position for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product design process from concept to launch, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
  • Conduct user research, craft user journeys, and design user-centered experiences that keep users engaged.
  • Build intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (we love all three!).
  • Design wireframes and prototypes, to ensure a smooth user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Design responsive interfaces that adapt easily across different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Partner with developers, product managers, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
  • Continuously improve the product experience by conducting design audits and user testing.
  • Explore the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to push the boundaries of UX.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience crafting UI/UX designs for digital products.
  • Owns a strong portfolio that showcases design skills and problem-solving abilities across projects.
  • Understands responsive design principles and can translate them into stunning desktop and mobile interfaces.
  • Has strong communication skills, and effectively communicates design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys bouncing ideas around.
