Four years ago, AnchorzUp was founded with a clear purpose: to unlock the professional potential of Kosovo’s youth. We set out to create meaningful opportunities for local talent while helping businesses grow through exceptional professionals and digital solutions.
This vision has evolved into long-term partnerships with companies across multiple countries, a growing team of talented professionals, and a culture shaped by trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As we celebrate our fourth anniversary, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year of new partnerships, stronger client relationships, new initiatives, and milestones that continue to shape who we are.
A Year of Growth
Over the past year, that growth has taken many forms. We’ve welcomed new clients, expanded existing collaborations, invested in our people, renewed internationally recognised certifications, and strengthened our presence within Kosovo’s technology ecosystem and beyond. More importantly, we’ve continued to earn the trust of clients who see us not simply as a service provider, but as an extension of their own teams.
Stronger Partnerships Through Collaboration
The strongest partnerships go beyond delivering projects; they’re built through collaboration, shared goals, and mutual trust. This year, we continued working closely with our clients, spending time together to align on strategy, explore new ideas, and shape the future of the products and services we build together.
That collaboration brought several of our clients to Kosovo, including the teams from Learniverse und SYSTEMS 3000. Working side by side allowed us to discuss product direction, define priorities, and strengthen the partnerships that continue to grow year after year.
These moments remind us that the best work happens when clients become true partners, working together with our team toward shared success.

Delivering Meaningful Impact
Beyond welcoming new clients, we’ve continued helping our existing partners grow through long-term collaboration.
With Learniverse, our partnership evolved from project-based support to a dedicated team spanning product design, development, and marketing.
Alongside product improvements, our marketing collaboration contributed to continued platform growth and user acquisition.
Our collaboration with SYSTEMS 3000 also entered an exciting new phase. Our team has continued developing both their employee platform and payroll solution, successfully building the core foundations of both products while preparing the first major releases.
These projects demonstrate what long-term collaboration makes possible: becoming trusted partners who contribute through execution and strategic thinking.
Investing in Our People
As AnchorzUp has evolved, so have the teams, roles, and opportunities within it. Over the past year, we welcomed new colleagues, saw team members step into new responsibilities, and moved into a space that better reflects the company we have become.
Learning and collaboration extend beyond our day-to-day work. Alongside regular knowledge-sharing sessions and guest speakers, we also organise team retreats that allow colleagues to connect outside the office, strengthen relationships, and reflect on the journey we’ve shared. This year, our retreat in Prevallë was one of those moments, bringing the team together to celebrate our progress and continue building the collaborative culture that defines AnchorzUp.

Our team doubled in size within a year, growing from 18 to almost 40 employees. This expansion took place across the company, with particularly strong growth in Engineering, Creative, Business Development, und Product.
We continued welcoming guest speakers from academia and industry, including experts from Microsoft, the GAP Institute, the University of Westminster, and the University of Zurich. Their insights spanned AI, entrepreneurship, public policy, psychology, and innovation, encouraging our team to think beyond their day-to-day work and continue learning from leaders across disciplines.

Also, during regular knowledge-sharing hours, team members exchanged expertise, practical experience, and insights across perspectives within the team, creating opportunities to learn from experiences beyond our day-to-day work.
Additionally, we launched ANCHORED, our Fellowship program for Albanian Diaspora, offering meaningful professional experience while creating an opportunity to reconnect with Kosovo. We’ve already welcomed three new interns who joined our team, and we’re open to many more to come.
A New Home for Our Next Chapter
Our growth brought us to a new home. In July 2025, we moved into a workspace designed to support our growing team and the way we collaborate today across disciplines, projects, and increasingly ambitious goals. Next week marks one year since we opened the doors to our new office, a milestone that reflects just how much we’ve grown together.

Contributing Beyond Our Daily Work
Over the past year, our work outside client projects has taken us into conversations and initiatives across technology, entrepreneurship, education, leadership, and the future of Kosovo’s talent.
Our CEO, Jeta Zagragja, represented AnchorzUp at regional and international events, including the EBRD & Endeavor Women on Boards event in Bucharest, the Infobip Shift Conference in Croatia, the Lucerne Dialogue Annual Meeting and Basecamp, French Business Day, the Women’s Entrepreneurship Expo, the KosICT Tech Festival, the das World AI Cannes Festival (WAICF), and the World CITYTech Expo in Seoul, focused on smart city innovation. Through these engagements, we contributed to discussions on entrepreneurship, AI leadership, women in technology, innovation, and Kosovo’s growing role in the global technology ecosystem.

Our international presence also extended across the wider AnchorzUp team. One of our colleagues represented the company in Oslo as part of the Kosovo delegation at the HER Conference & Awards 2026, organized by HER – Hun Etablerer Ressursprogrammet. The visit also created an opportunity to connect with Albanian business professionals at the Kosovo Embassy and exchange perspectives on entrepreneurship, international collaboration, and the potential of Kosovo’s talent.
The commitment to Kosovo’s potential also took shape through Stay and Thrive, a project focused on youth and entrepreneurship. Led by Jeta Zagragja and Dr. Aidan Hehir, with support from the Open Society Foundations – Western Balkans, the initiative was created to highlight opportunities, share stories of people building successful careers and businesses in Kosovo, and help young people see that meaningful growth is possible here.

We also strengthened our collaboration with AAB College through a new memorandum of understanding aimed at bringing students closer to the realities of the technology industry and strengthening the connection between education and professional experience.

Another meaningful milestone came when AnchorzUp was named “Most Supportive Business of the Year” at the Volunteerism of the Year Awards 2025, recognising our commitment to supporting the community around us.

Throughout the year, we also welcomed guests to our offices, including H.E. Mr. Jonas B. Westerlund, Ambassador of Sweden to Kosovo, and Florenda Govori, CEO of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Prishtina. Our discussions explored innovation, company culture, high-quality digital solutions, and the future of Kosovo’s technology sector. This collaboration also marked our membership in the Nordic Chamber of Commerce, strengthening our connections with the Nordic business community and opening new opportunities for collaboration.

Alongside these milestones, we continued supporting local initiatives, sponsoring community activities, contributing to public discussions, and advocating for greater diversity in technology through articles, interviews, and public speaking engagements.
Ausblick
Four years in, we have a clearer understanding of the kind of company we want to keep building. One that grows alongside its clients, creates room for its people to develop, and continues taking on more ambitious challenges.
As we move into our fifth year, we will continue strengthening long-term partnerships, expanding our capabilities, investing in new technologies, and creating opportunities for talent in Kosovo to contribute to meaningful work with international impact.
The scale of our work may change, but the principles behind it remain the same: strong relationships, meaningful results, and the determination to keep building what comes next.

None of these milestones would have been possible without the incredible people who have been part of our journey.
