Jeta Zagragja is a technology entrepreneur and business leader with more than 15 years of experience building companies, developing teams and creating partnerships across Kosovo, the United States and Switzerland. As Founder and CEO of AnchorzUp, she brings together technology, talent, operations and growth to help international companies build the capabilities they need to move forward.
Before founding AnchorzUp in 2022, Jeta co-founded UCX, where she led sales, marketing and operations and helped grow the company from five to approximately 95 employees. In May 2021, UCX was acquired by a Chicago-headquartered company. That experience shaped her conviction that successful growth requires more than talented individuals—it requires strong operating systems, cultural alignment and leadership that takes responsibility when challenges arise.
This thinking is at the heart of AnchorzUp. The company provides managed teams, software and product development, quality assurance, technical support and integrated marketing services, primarily to businesses in the United States and Switzerland. Rather than simply recruiting people and handing them over, AnchorzUp manages the infrastructure around them—from employment, onboarding and training to project management, quality assurance, performance monitoring and ongoing client support.
Jeta’s background spans business development, marketing, operations, finance and governance, including previous executive roles at Cacttus and Gjirafa. This allows her to understand both the capability required to deliver the work and the commercial objectives behind it. AnchorzUp combines the discipline international clients expect—including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification—with the responsiveness of a founder-led company. Jeta remains closely involved in strategic client relationships, team quality and critical moments in delivery.
Her contribution to business, innovation and economic development has been recognized with the Presidential Medal for Merit by the President of Kosovo, Dr. Vjosa Osmani. She serves as Chair of the Swiss-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chair of the Kosovo American Education Fund Board and previously served as Secretary General of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo.
For Jeta, reputation is built in the moments that go beyond the contract: solving difficult problems, continuing to develop people after they are hired and treating a client’s outcome as a shared responsibility. That is the standard she has built into AnchorzUp—and the reason many of its relationships begin with trust and grow through results.

Lumbardh Zagragja is a business strategist and creative leader with more than 10 years of experience across professional services, marketing, product strategy and customer experience. As Co-Founder and CXO of AnchorzUp, he works at the intersection of client needs, creative thinking and operational delivery—helping international companies turn complex challenges into clear, practical solutions.
Before founding AnchorzUp in 2022, Lumbardh was Head of Creative at UCX, where he also contributed to business analysis and the development of technology solutions for the US market. He helped lead the creation of a channel sales management platform for health practitioners and cloud providers, supporting its journey through a successful acquisition by a Chicago-headquartered company in May 2021. His experience also includes contributing to the ideation, development, implementation and maintenance of surgical case management software used across approximately 3,000 clinics in the United States.
At AnchorzUp, Lumbardh is closely involved in customer experience, brand, product strategy and service delivery. His role goes beyond shaping how solutions look or are communicated. He works to understand the client’s underlying business challenge, translate it into a clear direction and ensure that the people delivering the work remain aligned with the intended outcome.
This approach is central to AnchorzUp’s model. The company provides managed teams, software and product development, quality assurance, technical support and integrated marketing services, primarily to clients in the United States and Switzerland. Lumbardh helps connect these capabilities so that clients receive coordinated support rather than a collection of disconnected services.
With an MBA from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business and an earlier background in tax consulting at EY, Lumbardh combines creative judgment with commercial and analytical discipline. He has extensive experience building and managing global remote teams, with a focus on operational excellence, efficiency and consistently high standards of delivery.
Lumbardh believes that exceptional client service is found in the details: asking the right questions, challenging assumptions when necessary and staying involved until the solution works in practice—not only in the original plan. At AnchorzUp, he brings that mindset to every engagement, helping the company deliver work that is thoughtful, commercially relevant and built around the client’s long-term success.
