HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions and enhance operational effectiveness. The HR Manager will be responsible for improving HR processes, managing the recruitment pipeline, developing onboarding and offboarding experiences, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from maintaining candidate pipelines to managing interview processes and candidate communications.
  • Continuously analyze and reduce time-to-hire through identifying and addressing recruitment inefficiencies.
  • Own, enhance, and monitor the effectiveness of the employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Maintain streamlined administrative HR processes including contracts, payroll, leave management, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct periodic staff surveys to measure employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance staff retention and engagement.
  • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring exit interviews and associated documentation are completed professionally.
  • Collaborate with management to identify talent gaps and develop internal strategies for leadership development and succession planning.
  • Implement performance management systems that support employee development and align with company goals.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends, legal changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related field is mandatory.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and operational process improvement.
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and strong technological adaptability.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in developing metrics and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, enhancing overall company effectiveness.
