HR and Recruitment Officer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Officer to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, assisting with the entire recruitment process and supporting HR functions to ensure smooth operations and an efficient hiring and management process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless communication flow with candidates.
  • Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and providing a positive, engaging orientation experience.
  • Maintain and manage employee records, including contracts, payroll details, and personal information, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process leave requests, benefits, and respond to general employee HR inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are executed effectively, from initial job posting to candidate selection and final offer.
  • Coordinate staff satisfaction surveys and assist with initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the company, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
  • Organize and coordinate company events and activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance team morale.
  • Assist with performance evaluation documentation, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of performance reviews and feedback collection.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve recruitment and HR processes to increase efficiency and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Experience with HR software (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
