This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Marco Real, CEO of <\/strong>Learniverse<\/strong><\/a>, to our offices in Prishtina for two days of focused, in-person collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While our teams work closely together on a daily basis, being in the same room creates a different level of clarity and momentum. With Prishtina just a short flight away for most European partners, these kinds of working sessions are not only easy to organize, they\u2019re incredibly effective. They allow us to move faster, align better, and make decisions with everyone at the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marco\u2019s visit wasn\u2019t about reviewing tasks or going through checklists. It was about alignment, direction, and shaping what comes next<\/strong> for Learniverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big part of our time together was dedicated to product vision and expectations<\/strong>. We discussed where Learniverse is heading, what problems it is solving for its users, and how the platform should continue to evolve. These conversations are essential in any long-term partnership, as they ensure that strategy, product, design, and execution are all aligned and moving in the same direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also used the time together to accelerate content and communication efforts, taking advantage of the opportunity to work side by side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
