We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing project processes to meet both client expectations and internal objectives. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving projects forward, mitigating risks, and enhancing our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects by defining scope, objectives, and timelines while ensuring adherence to quality standards and budgets.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, software development, and client support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and resolving project-related issues.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous project improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on project goals, review progress, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Identify, track, and resolve project-related risks and issues, proactively mitigating potential delays and disruptions.
- Develop risk management strategies to prevent project delivery challenges and escalate complex issues to senior management as necessary.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, client feedback, and improvement initiatives for management review.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, client communications, and performance metrics while analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and client needs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in project management or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile.
- Proficiency with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, Asana or other.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
