Join our dynamic team at AnchorzUp as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our CEO and play a key role in enhancing our operational and people’s processes. Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks. 
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel and accommodation arrangements for executives.
  • Complete tasks independently and efficiently, seeking assistance proactively when necessary.
  • Collect and analyze information to help the executives in the decision-making process.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
  • Support the recruitment process and manage the employee lifecycle, including contract issuance, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Meticulous attention to detail for data accuracy.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Independent, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
  • Strong conceptual and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus on various tasks.
  • Team player with an open and determined mindset.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
