AnchorzUp is on the lookout for two Graphic Designers who are not just technically skilled, but also creatively curious and detail-driven. For us, design is about solving problems, sharing ideas, and moving things forward, both visually and strategically. We expect these roles to be crucial in bringing structure, clarity, and direction to every piece of visual communication we produce, both for ourselves and our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design clear, well-crafted visuals for marketing, branding, and communication purposes (social media, brochures, presentations, reports, event collateral, etc.).
- Ensure everything you create aligns with brand guidelines, ours and our clients’.
- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to align on direction, challenge assumptions, and raise the overall quality of the work.
- Bring structure to complexity through layout, hierarchy, and smart design decisions.
- Prepare files for digital use and professional print.
- Stay involved during ideation, not just execution.
- Take full ownership of your work, from first draft to final delivery.
- Keep standards high and styles consistent, even when projects move fast.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio that shows how you think and what you make.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
- Openness to feedback and a clear sense of ownership over your work.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently when needed.
- A solid understanding of visual principles and the ability to apply them with intention.
