Customer Support Representative

Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers when using products and services. Customer Support Specialist’s responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. 

That’s why we’re looking for an excellent communicator who’s able to earn clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Requirements & qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Support Representative
  • Preferable to have Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to provide courteous, helpful service to end-users
  • Respond to help tickets promptly via email, chat, and phone
  • Document activities in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other members of operations and customer success teams to escalate issues where appropriate
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
