Job description

We are searching for a clever Customer Success Manager who has a solid drive for results. You’ll be responsible for a wide scope of tasks including keeping up with and improving client connections, systems administration, executing achievement programs, and customer onboarding.

Requirements & qualifications:

  • Exceptionally organized and ready to perform multiple tasks
  • Preferable to have a degree in sales, advertising, or a relevant field
  • Great correspondence, relational abilities, and administration skills
  • High-tech proficiency and capacity to learn new programs
  • Knowledge of client achievement processes and experience in report creation
  • A patient and attentive person with enthusiasm for administration
  • Assess and further develop instructional exercises and other correspondence foundation
  • Create and oversee customer portfolios
  • Handle and resolve client solicitations and objections
  • Support business development and productivity
  • Investigate client information to further develop client experience
  • Improve onboarding processes
