We are searching for a clever Customer Success Manager who has a solid drive for results. You’ll be responsible for a wide scope of tasks including keeping up with and improving client connections, systems administration, executing achievement programs, and customer onboarding.

Requirements & qualifications:

- Knowledge of client achievement processes and experience in report creation
- A patient and attentive person with enthusiasm for administration
- Assess and further develop instructional exercises and other correspondence foundation
- Create and oversee customer portfolios
- Handle and resolve client solicitations and objections
- Support business development and productivity
- Investigate client information to further develop client experience
- Improve onboarding processes
