We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this position, you will assist customers in selecting the right products or services, answer questions, and help solve problems that relate to the company.

NOTE: You’ll be working for and reporting directly to our client in the U.S. As a member of their team, you will be responsible for providing customer service for our client’s clients. Responsibilities
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Open customer accounts and maintain their records
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Handle customer requests that come through phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting customer data
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
Requirements & qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both speaking and writing
- Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the customer
