Job description

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. The responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.

Requirements & qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Preferable to have Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements
  • Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks
  • Preparing reports on accounts and transactions
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of sales metrics
  • Strong work ethic
