Job description
We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. The responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.

Requirements & qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Preferable to have Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success
- Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements
- Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks
- Preparing reports on accounts and transactions
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of sales metrics
- Strong work ethic
